On 2/2/2023 NSS unit, Govt Serchhip HSS  conducted district level Mock Excercise on Earthquake disaster in collaboration with district administration department in which 150 NSS volunteers actively participated. NSS volunteers were given training on what are the important things or steps to be done first if earthquake hits Serchhip town or other places in Mizoram. This mock drill on earthquake disaster is very crucial as many parts of Mizoram are lying earthquake prone zone -V.
