Govt. Central HSS, NSS Unit observed 'Green Mizoram Day' (9th June 2023) by visiting the plantation site and cleaning its premises and planting 10 saplings comprising of May flower, Herhse (The Indian Rose Chestnut) and Ngiau (Michelia Champaca). To protect the saplings, bamboo fences were created around each of them. 24 volunteers and 1 PO participated in this programme.
